This practice area involves assisting individuals and families to plan their Estates. Our practice is limited to simple to moderate estate planning. This includes the preparation of a Last Will and Testament, Power(s) of Attorney, Living Will and related estate planning documents. We also offer representation for the administration of the Estate of a deceased person and practice in all of the local Probate Courts.
